As a P90 lover and a fan of hollows, I think the Casino/330 is the direction I'd like to go eventually. I'm curious as to whether or not anyone has played (owned?) both, and what thoughts you have regarding a comparison? I haven't had the opportunity to play either a 60's Casino or ES330 (played a bunch of new 335's and 339's - but I need me some 60's action and P90's!). From what I gather, they are basically the same guitar. SO, I've always wanted to find a nice old USA made Epiphone Casino, and am always on the lookout for one locally - but in my research, I came across the Gibson ES 330. I then picked up a killer '69 Guild Starfire IV on Saturday. It started with revamping my MIK Epiphone Casino (new bridge should be here tomorrow, sent the stock pups to WB for a rewind and new magnets). I'm on a bit of a hollowbody kick lately.
